 A Whole-Body, Client-Centered Approach

Pain and movement limitations rarely exist in isolation. That’s why we focus on identifying underlying movement patterns, imbalances, and habits that may be contributing to discomfort or restricted performance.

Our work may include movement assessment, corrective exercise, postural awareness, therapeutic strategies, and strength development—all selected intentionally to support long-term progress, not just short-term relief.

This approach helps clients:

  • Reduce recurring pain and tightness

  • Improve mobility and stability

  • Build confidence in everyday movement

  • Return to activity safely and sustainably

 FAQ

  • Kinect Health focuses on understanding why pain or movement limitations exist by looking at the body as a whole. Rather than treating only the area of discomfort, we assess movement patterns, strength, stability, and function to help address root causes and reduce the likelihood of recurring issues.

  • An athletic trainer is a certified healthcare professional trained in injury prevention, evaluation, therapeutic intervention, and rehabilitation. Athletic trainers work with a wide range of individuals—not just athletes—and are qualified to guide corrective movement and recovery strategies.

  • Not at all. Many clients come in to improve mobility, build strength, address minor aches before they become bigger issues, or feel more confident in their movement. Care is always tailored to where you are and what you want to achieve.

  • Kinect Health does not accept medical insurance. This allows us to provide personalized, one-on-one care without the limitations often required by insurance companies. Pricing is transparent, and session packages are available.

  • We accept cash, check, and credit/debit cards. Package options are available for clients looking for ongoing support.

  • No. You do not need a specific gym membership to work with Kinect Health. Your plan will be designed around your goals and your lifestyle.

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged a fee equal to the cost of one session.

  • Kinect Health is available Monday through Saturday, 5:30am – 6:30pm, offering flexibility to fit your schedule.
