OVERVIEW

One-on-one therapy session involving corrective exercise. The healthcare professional will provide specific exercise instruction based on the goals addressed in the initial evaluation to make bodily corrections. Manual therapy, stretching, soft tissue mobilization, and therapeutic modalities will be used to help promote healing and decrease pain. This may include cupping, scrapping, massage, electrical stimulation, active release, cryotherapy and thermotherapy.

All in one service! This is a great option for those individuals with previous injury history that are looking to improve upon their health and fitness level. The healthcare professional will create an individualized program that will take into consideration all previous injury history to allow the client to safely return to fitness without worry of further injury. This is also a wonderful opportunity to improve upon limitations that may have developed from injuries.
