We provide a whole-body approach to evaluate and find out WHY someone is having pain and what can be corrected to fix the injuries. Many other healthcare services focus solely on the area of pain rather than finding out why the pain is occurring in the first place. Along with this, most often pain is treated temporarily and typically ends up coming back. We want to make the corrections needed to address the issue so pain will not return. An athletic trainer is a certified and licensed healthcare professional who provides injury prevention services, emergency care, clinical diagnosis, therapeutic intervention, and rehabilitation of injuries and medical conditions. Learn more about us and our credentials here >

Currently, Kinect Health does not accept insurance. However, our services are priced and offered to lessen the hassle of going to multiple doctors for injuries that really don’t require it along with saving money on co-payments at doctor offices and physical therapy appointments. Understand that if an injury or medical condition is outside the scope of practice of an athletic trainer, the athletic trainer will refer the client to a physician for further care. Kinect Health is a mobile company which means we come to you! We are currently working out of three different gyms in the Charlotte area and will make appointments with you based on your location to one of the gyms and your personal schedule! We will work outside of normal business hours because we know you are working too! We value your time and want to make sure you are putting yourself as a priority. NO! Kinect Health is able to help everyone and simply uses the locations to work out of.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that all clients will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the price of one session if cancellation is not within 24 hours prior to the appointment time. If cancellation occurs within the 24 hour policy, no fee will be issued. *If client arrives after scheduled appointment time, Kinect Health provider will work within the time remaining. We appreciate your understanding!
